What’s the minimum order size?
₹2,500 within Tamil Nadu, and ₹4,000 for orders shipping outside Tamil Nadu. The Quick Shop page keeps a running total as you add items so you can see exactly how close you are.
Can I change or add items after placing an order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Get in touch within 24–48 hours of placing the order and we’ll adjust it before dispatch.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — orders can be cancelled any time before they’ve shipped. We typically process orders within a couple of hours of placing them, so the earlier you reach out, the better. Call or WhatsApp us with your order number.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. For large community or event orders, message us on WhatsApp with what you need and we’ll work out a quote directly.
How long does delivery take?
We ship pan-India, factory-direct from Sivakasi. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days from the day your order ships, depending on your location and pincode — rural areas may take a little longer.
Do you deliver outside Tamil Nadu?
Yes, we ship across India. The minimum order for destinations outside Tamil Nadu is ₹4,000, versus ₹2,500 within the state.
How are fireworks packed for shipping?
In line with transport safety norms for fireworks — securely boxed and sealed for transit. If anything arrives damaged, see the return policy below.
How do I pay for my order?
We don’t take payment online. Once you place your order, our team contacts you to confirm the details, and payment (UPI or bank transfer) is arranged before dispatch.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
No, COD isn’t available. Payment is confirmed with our team before the order ships.
What if my payment fails or my account isn’t charged?
If your account wasn’t charged, you can either place a new order or contact us directly and we’ll confirm and process it manually.
Are your crackers ISI-certified and safe?
Yes — every product carries ISI safety marking and meets PESO-approved formulation standards. Always follow the instructions printed on each product, keep water nearby, and never let children handle fireworks unsupervised.
Can I return a product?
Given the nature of fireworks, we don’t accept returns for change of mind once an order has shipped. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, though, we’ll make it right — report it within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, by calling +91-7904773160 or emailing avcrackersandtraders@gmail.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Is there an age restriction on buying crackers?
Yes. Per Supreme Court order and applicable state regulations, fireworks are sold only to buyers aged 18 and over, and online orders are treated as enquiries processed in line with the law. Buyers are responsible for complying with local rules on storing, transporting and bursting fireworks.
